Driven, dedicated and definitely a Go-Getter, Paola is mostly known for her round the clock energy and her ability to adapt quickly to any situation by applying her problem-solving skills. Her passion lies in both the business and creative aspects of the company and her mild obsessive compulsive disorder comes in handy when it’s time for all the details. A multitasker, ruled by both the left and right side of her brain, she gets an enormous thrill by negotiating a vendor’s contract on her client’s behalf or by administrating all the business’s operations, but she also leaves her heart and soul on the table, and tears up each and every time her clients say “I Do.” Paola founded Say I Do to Details in 2012, and has since designed many events. Whether it’s a simple intimate backyard reception or a black-tie event, Paola loves going above and beyond for all of her clients, while witnessing their vision and dreams come to life.

Passionate by all the details, and a perfectionist at core, Sandra is crafty, creative and the Queen of DYI projects. Prior to co-founding Say I Do to Details, Sandra acted as the owner and creative director of Peekaboo Party Decoration where she spent years designing and producing very unique kid’s birthday parties. In early 2012, Sandra joined forces with Paola to create the Say I Do to Details Company and brand. Since the partnership, she has been able to apply her creative and crafty skills across a multitude of events. When she is not busy planning a wedding, she can be found playing with paper and her Cricut cutter, or attending a “Cookie and Cake Pop” baking class. Sandra’s undeniable attention to detail, and her great sense of responsibility makes her an indispensable asset to the Say I Do to Details team.

Meet Luiza Erbahar - our exceptional event planner who was born in Brazil and has lived in 7 different countries around the world. With many years of experience in luxury retail and a former career as a high-fashion model, Luiza has an impeccable eye for detail and is dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service. Luiza's ability to quickly adapt and learn has made her a standout in the event planning industry. She can anticipate her client's needs and create a truly personalized experience for each one of them. Luiza's passion for event planning stems from her caring nature and love of bringing people together. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly, leaving her clients and their guests with unforgettable memories. Luiza joined the Say I Do to Details family in the fall of 2022, and besides helping plan and execute many events, she has created a name for herself in her “Lady in Waiting role. With her extensive experience in luxury customer service, Luiza can take care of all the details, leaving the bride stress-free and able to enjoy her special day.

Maryam is a talented event planner with a passion for arts and crafts. Growing up in Iran, a country rich in art and culture, she was heavily influenced by her crafty artist mother. With an engineering degree from a university in Iran and additional certificates in wood art and patina, Maryan has a unique set of skills that she brings to her event planning. Her engineering background and love for arts and crafts have given her a keen eye for detail and a willingness to put in the hard work needed to bring her creative visions to life.  Thanks to her experience of utilizing craft tools, she is not afraid to roll up her sleeves to create something truly authentic and special for her clients. Her talent in art and craft, combined with her responsible and skilled approach, make her events truly unforgettable. 

With a family history rich in celebration and coming together for parties, Brianna has entertainment down to a science. Her specialty is in handling stressful event situations with grace and ease. Leveraging years of experience in interior design, she creates events with a distinctive aesthetic are to make a statement. Her passion for event planning shines through her commitment to going above and beyond to make sure every bride feels at ease. Brianna is also an amazing bride’s concierge, and has found her niche in personally assisting the brides as the Say I Do to Details dedicated Lady in Waiting (Aka as Bride’s best friend on the wedding day)

Growing up in Los Angeles and living in New York City for nearly a decade, Clarisse discovered her love for design and aesthetics, which she later channeled into her passion for event planning. It all began with her own wedding, where she fell in love with the process of bringing people together and creating meaningful celebrations. Clarisse ’s approach to event planning is rooted in her belief that every occasion should be a reflection of the people it celebrates. She believes that every event is an opportunity to create human connections and memories that will last a lifetime. Clarisse splits her time between Los Angeles, New York, and Spain, which has given her a unique perspective on event planning. Her travels have exposed her to a diverse range of styles and trends, which she uses to create truly unique and personalized events. She is so excited to join the Say I Do to Details team and ready to share a small part in your next celebration!
